Gourmet Pizzas

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
Flour
Dijon Mustard
Sliced Tomatoes
Salt
Basil
Parsley
Fresh Mint
Brie
Olive Oil
Italian Cheese
Provolone
Clams
Hot Peppers
Broccoli Rabe
Peas
Mozzarella
Pachuto
White Truffle Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Caramelized Kielbasa
Pesto

Directions:
Pizza 1: Spread Dijon mustard on the dough and add tomatoes and fresh herbs. Sprinkled some salt on top as well. Put some slices of Brie onto your pizza.  Brush the crust with olive oil before sticking it into the oven.

Italian Cheese Pizza:
Spread olive oil on the dough. Then sprinkle Italian Cheese and provolone on top. Pop it into the oven. Brush the crust with olive oil. Put sliced Pachuto on top of the pizza after it’s out of the oven. Put arugula, Parmesan cheese, and white truffle oil on top.  

Clam Pizza:
Brush the dough with olive oil. Put hot peppers, peas, broccoli rabe, and Mozzarella onto your pizza.

Pizza 4: Put pureed tomatoes on to the dough. Put sliced caramelized kielbasa, caramelized onion, and mozzarella cheese on top. Add potato slices to it as well.

Lobster Pizza: Spread pesto onto the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, corn and lobster on the dough.
