Grilled Hanger Steak

Ingredients: 
Hanger Steak
Ground Black Pepper
Neutral Oil
Garlic
Asparagus
Cream Cheese
Butter
Risotto
Parsley
 

Method: 
Pepper your steak generously. Place on oiled grill. Take fresh garlic in chicken stock and reduce in pot. Add Demi and poached garlic. Add butter and salt. Finish with parsley. Let it cook. Then add jus.

Dirty Rice Risotto: 
Mince garlic, add salt and pulverize. Put in hot pan and let it sweat. Blanche risotto for 7 minutes and let it cool. Add risotto to the pan with garlic. Add butter and chicken stock. Let it cook.  Then add lite stock and butter. Add chopped chicken liver. Add chives and chopped asparagus. Let it cook.

Add plain whip cream to cooking risotto and fold it in.  Place risotto on plate, slice hanger steak and dress in your Demi sauce. Enjoy your perfectly grilled steak.
