Specialty Sushi Rolls and Kani Salad

Ingredients: 
1 Appetizer
Kani Salad - a refreshing combination of crab stick, avocado, and cucumber blended with spicy mayo and finished with crunchies, eel sauce & tobiko

Nigiri Sashimi (without rice)

Specialty Sushi Rolls
King Kong Roll:

Shrimp
Avocado
Crab stick rolled up and topped with seared salmon
Finished with caramelized Dynamite sauce and light and sweet eel sauce

Rainbow Roll:
Tuna
Fresh Avocado
Topped with tuna
Salmon
Yellowtail
White Tuna
Shrimp
Tobiko

Pink Pearl Roll:
Spicy Tuna
Salmon
Crab stick wrapped with pink Nori
Crunchies
Tobiko
Eel Sauce
Spicy mayo
 

Method: 
Kani Salad

1. Chop 4 pieces of Kani stick
2. Chop avocado
3. Chop cucumber
4. Combine and mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl
5. Add spicy signature sauce and mix
6. Plate, garnish with masago, sesame seeds and finish with signature eel sauce

Nigiri Deluxe:
California Roll
1. Sushi Rice rolled in seaweed nori
2. Crab, avocado, cucumber
3. Cut and plate

Nigiri
1. Fish over rice - Yellowtail, #1 Tuna, Salmon, White Tuna, Ebi (sushi shrimp)

Rolls
King Kong Roll

1. Sushi rice rolled in seaweed nori
2. Ebi, avocado and crabstick
3. Pieces of sushi salmon over top
4. Dynamite sauce seared over salmon
5. Plated, cut and garnished with eel sauce crunchies

Rainbow Roll
1. Sushi rice rolled in nori
2. Tuna, avocado
3. Salmon, yellowtail, ebi, tuna and white tuna over top
4. Cut and plate
5. Garnish with tobiko and sesame seeds

Pink Pearl Roll
1. Sushi rice rolled in soy nori
2. Spicy tuna, salmon and crabstick
3. Cut and plated
4. Garnished with crunchies, tobiko, eel sauce, spicy signature sauce
