Real Italian Pizzas

Seafood Pizza: 
Saute' mussels, clams and shrimp in oil pan.
Sweat onion, garlic and chopped clams.
Cook in pan for a few minutes.
Add white wine to pan and let sizzle.
Add red Marinara.
Sauce marinara on your dough and put seafood toss on it.
Place in 525 degree oven.

Tomato/Basil: 
Take chopped tomato, basil, kalamata olives, garlic, salt (bruschetta)
Toss on to dough that has been generously covered in mozzarella.
Place in 525 degree oven.

Spinach/Artichokes: 
Stretch you dough out
Add cream sauce, spread evenly.
Add spinach and sauteed artichokes.
Add Parmesan cheese and fresh mozzarella.

Potatoes/Onions: 
Drizzle oil on Dough and add cheese
Add fresh rosemary, roasted potatoes in onion.
