Salt & Pepper both sides, coat in oil
Add chicken stock to garlic
Add in demi and poached garlic, then add butter and parsley
Cut up garlic, add salt and mash. Add to hot pan
Add in risotto, chicken stock and butter
Add cream cheese and chives
