Directions:
Polpettine Meatballs:
Add meat to a pan. Add garlic and shallots to the pan for flavoring and texture. Add bread and mash potatoes to the pot as well. Mix the ingredients in the pan. Take it out of the pan so it can cool off. Add breadcrumbs. Once cooled roll them up into balls and deep-fry them.
Pasta:
Add chopped celery, oregano, and apple in to a pan. Cook and add Fettuccine to the pan and cook everything together.
Squid Ink Linguine:
Add butter and shallots to a pan. Cut up and add chives to the pan as well. Calamari should be added as well and cook everything together. Cook the squid ink pasta and add it to the pan once cooked.
