Sautéed Scottish Salmon with Quinoa Cakes

Quinoa Cakes:

3 cups quinoa
4 xl eggs
1/2tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbls chopped parsley
4 scale chopped
1/2 cup grand cheese
1 cup panko


4 roasted red peppers
6 jalapeños
6 garlic cloves
1 Tbls black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp caraway seed
2tsp salt

Method of Preparation:
Puree All together

Harissa Vinaigrette:

1/2 cup harissa
1/2 cup sherry vinegar
2 Tbls honey
2 Tbls dijon mustard
2-21/2 cups of oil ( any neutral oil will work vegetable, canola, corn, etc..)
