Pancakes & French Toast

CHILDREN’S RECIPE: Three Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:

1 Banana
2 Eggs
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
Cinnamon
Butter
Maple Syrup

Method of Preparation:
In a blow mash the banana. Add the flour and the mixed eggs. Cook in a non stick pan with pan spray. Add a pinch of Cinnamon, some butter and maple syrup when done.


FAMILY RECIPE: Healthy French Toast with Bananas Foster
Ingredients:
Bananas Foster:

2 Bananas
1 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Almond Extract

Method of Preparation:
Start cooking butter, honey and almond extract until the mixture starts to turn brown. Add the bananas and cook for another minute. Serve on top of French Toast, garnished with powdered sugar.

French Toast
Ingredients:

Choice of Sliced Bread
1 Egg
1 cup Oat Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tbsp Sugar

Method of Preparation:
Mix egg, milk, sugar, and vanilla and set aside. Soak bread in batter and saute for a minute on both sides in a non stick pan with pan spray.
