Puree a few bananas on a plate by mashing them down with a fork. Place the puree into your ice cube tray and freeze for later.

Method of Preparation:
Place two bananas in a dish and place them in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Place butter into a pot and add the pomegranate molasses. While whisking add two egg yolks and keep mixing. Place three bananas cut in half into the pan to caramelize.
Layer the puree and caramelized bananas in the jar and add walnuts as necessary.
